Here we go, LDs. 1 August. Some sort of excercise three days a week for at least 30 minutes.
Tonight, I have a softball game at 6pm. Would definitely count as exercise.
Tomorrow is an off day because I have darts in the evening, and Friday's out because I'm taking my bestie to a Cardinals game.
Saturday and Sunday will be exercise days.
My weeks start on Mondays, and I think I've figured out the routine---Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday (the Wed/Sun will be interchangable because that's when I play ball). Now, to get someone to take my measurements so I know what I'm starting with.
